Care and support

Tailored care and support can be arranged in a number of ways to suit your needs and circumstances.

Care currently is provided in partnership with Radis Community Care who have 20 years’ experience of supporting people across England and Wales to live independent and fulfilled lives. Their round-the-clock care is rated as ‘Good’ by the CQC and is Tailored to you and your requirements, offering the support you need to remain safe and well. This can include help with tasks such as housework, shopping, preparing meals, taking your medications, all aspects of personal care, accessing activities and communal areas and much more.

To identify your care needs, a care and support assessment will be carried out by a social care professional from Central Bedfordshire Council subject to eligibility. Working with you and alongside other professionals such as occupational therapists, district nurses, GPs and the Care team, they will develop a support plan to meet your individual needs. This will also involve a financial assessment to calculate any contribution towards the cost of care.
