Quince Court

The new apartments

The new development at Quince Court will see the addition of 25 modern self-contained apartments to the existing popular 30-apartment Extra Care scheme

Promoting independent living, you are supported and encouraged to live the life you choose, with appropriate care and support. The new spacious and well-appointed one-bedroom apartments each have their own front door and outside space. First-floor apartments come with a dual aspect balcony while those on the ground floor benefit from a dual aspect terrace.

Kitchens come with integrated appliances including a hob, extractor fan, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The bathrooms, designed as wet rooms, all have level access showers and also function as an en-suite thanks to Jack and Jill doors.

The scheme has also been designed with accessibility in mind, with all areas being wheelchair friendly and accessible for those with a disability. in addition, three of the apartments even have adaptable kitchens.

Each apartment comes with electric heating throughout as well as kitchen and bathroom flooring, leaving you the option of putting your own stamp on the rest of the home.

The new building is linked to the existing scheme by meandering pathways and open walkways, and includes a roof-top terrace that overlooks a quiet courtyard garden, where you can socialise or simply enjoy some peace and quiet.
